      • Make your first sale in 5 minutes

      Register a digital product, set up the base offer, send the offer for approval and share the Checkout link. This is the whole path from an empty account to a real sale.

      Before you start

      • Role: you need to be the workspace Owner or Finance — this tutorial depends on the seller registration, which only those roles can complete. See roles and permissions (Portuguese).
      • Plan: selling products is available on every plan.
      • Approved seller: the checkout only takes payments once the seller registration is approved. Complete the seller registration (KYC) (Portuguese) first — without it, payment fails.

      Step by step

      1. In the Products hub, click Register new product.
      2. On the What are you going to sell? step, choose E-Book.
      3. On the details step, fill in the product name.
      4. On the checkout step, keep the base offer charge type as Single Payment and enter the base offer amount. The form states Minimum price: $5.00. Finish.
      5. On the Product created! screen, click Configure product. Upload the file and complete the offer's required fields (support email and phone, description).
      6. Click Finish and send for approval. Once the offer is approved, the checkout link starts taking payments.
      7. Open the base offer, use the Checkout link action to copy the address and share it with your buyer (WhatsApp, social, bio). When they pay, the sale shows up under Sales.

      That's it. Your first offer is live and, once approved, taking payments.

      If it didn't work

      • Payment fails saying the seller account is still pending: the seller registration or the offer has not been approved yet — complete the seller registration (KYC) (Portuguese) and check the error codes (Portuguese).
      • Saving fails on the minimum amount: the base offer amount is below the minimum the form states — see the error codes (Portuguese).
      • You cannot upload the E-Book file: it may be the size or the format — see upload limits (Portuguese).
