Where do I see what I have already done and what is left in Clickmax
Under Getting started in the side menu, right below Overview. The page shows the whole path from a new account to your first sale, split into four steps, and ticks off what your account already has.
Before you start
- Role: the menu entry appears for people who operate the account. Accounts invited purely for customer service do not get the shortcut.
- Progress belongs to the account, not to the person. If a teammate created the product, the task shows as done for everyone.
- Nothing here is mandatory. The page never opens on its own, has no pop-up and blocks nothing — you go in when you want and leave when you want.
The four steps
Every task has a Start button that takes you straight to the place where the thing is created — the same one you would reach from the menu. Two of them, Set the price and payment method and Make your first sale, open the My products list: that is where you pick the product to create the offer on, and where you copy its checkout link.
A step stays locked while the previous one still has a pending task. The path opens in order: finishing step 1 unlocks step 2, publishing the page and building the funnel unlock step 3, and so on. A locked step is still visible: the point is for you to see the whole path, not only the next move.
What Clickmax has to detect to tick each task
The tick does not come from you clicking "done" — it comes from what the platform detects the account has built. These are the eleven tasks on the map:
- registering a product
- creating an offer
- publishing a page
- building a funnel
- connecting a messaging channel
- creating an automation
- publishing a quiz
- building the members area
- creating a pipeline
- recording an opportunity in the CRM
- receiving the first sale
Each one gets the Done mark and counts towards the step counter, shown as 1/2.
This covers what the account had already done before the map existed: if you created the product last year, the task starts ticked, dated when you created it — not today.
Three tasks are ticked at a moment that is not the obvious one:
- Connect WhatsApp is ticked by any messaging channel you connect — Instagram, Telegram or an email inbox count too. The website chat does not: it goes through no provider connection at all.
- Build the members area is ticked on the first lesson, not when you create the course. A course with no lesson is an empty shell, and that is what the creation shortcut hands you.
- Publish a quiz is ticked when the quiz goes live, not when you create it. It is the editor's activate switch that counts.
The video beside a task
Some tasks carry a Watch video button with the length of the clip next to it — for example Watch video · 0:50. It opens a small player right below the task, without covering the screen and without playing on its own. The Start button stays exactly where it was, whether the video is open or closed.
Most tasks have no video yet, which is why they show no button. Nothing is broken and nothing is loading: the clips are being recorded and appear as they are finished. No task depends on a video to be done.
When there is general material about the platform, it shows up in a Watch before you start card at the top of the page, above the four steps.
The "Your account is ready" notice
Once you finish registering, a bar appears at the top of the platform reading Your account is ready, with an Open Getting started button that brings you here. It is only a shortcut: it blocks nothing, and it stays out of the way while you are on the Getting started page itself.
The bar goes away on its own in two cases:
- you close it on the X — and then it does not come back, on any browser or device, because the dismissal is stored on your account;
- you finish the first step, even without closing anything.
After 30 days it stops appearing as well. Closing the bar does not hide the page: the Getting started entry stays fixed in the side menu.
The 30-day window
At the top you see Getting started programme · N days left, counted from the day the account was created. After 30 days the notice simply disappears, and the page carries on the same, with the same content and the same progress.
The window changes nothing in your account: no plan expires, no feature is blocked, no limit changes. It is a pacing reference.
Where else I find this
- By searching for "getting started", "where to start" or "onboarding" in the platform search.
- If you arrived through an ad and saw a screen asking where you want to start on your first visit, that is something else: that one is the first-session question, which happens once. This page is the permanent place to come back to.
