  • English
  • How to find a screen when you do not know where it lives

Open search with ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) and type what you want to do, even if it is not the exact screen name. Search understands nicknames: balance, money or withdraw all take you to My Wallet; abandoned cart takes you to Sales recovery.

Role and plan: search is available to roles with broad workspace read access (Owner, Admin, Editor and Collaborator). It only shows screens your role can open — see Roles and permissions.

    1. Press ⌘K or Ctrl+K from any screen. The shortcut works even while your cursor is inside a text field.
    2. If you prefer the mouse, click Search in the shortcut bar at the bottom right of the screen.
    3. Type at least 2 characters. Results appear as you type.

Find a screen by its nickname

Type the word that makes sense to you, not the official menu name. Screen results appear in their own section, Pages and features, with a dashed outline and a Go to marker — so you can tell a screen apart from a record with a similar name at a glance (My Wallet versus a contact named "Wallet Ltd", for example).

    Nicknames that already work:

    You typeSearch takes you to
    balance, money, withdraw, payoutMy Wallet
limits, billing, credits, upgradePlan, limits and credits
    abandoned cart, unpaid pixSales recovery

    invite, permission, seatMembers
    DNS, subdomain, SSLDomains
    invoice, NFeInvoicing
Hotmart, Kiwify, Eduzz, TictoOther platform sales

Accents and capitals do not matter: notificacoes finds Notifications. Portuguese terms also work in an English workspace — carteira finds My Wallet.

Missing a nickname you use every day? Ask support: the list is curated and grows over time.

    Understand the result order

    • When what you typed is a screen name or nickname, the Pages and features section comes first.
    • When the term barely matched (for example "abandoned", which sits in the middle of "abandoned cart"), screens move to the bottom of the list, so they do not cut in front of the record you were probably looking for.
    • Use and to move, Enter to open and Esc to close. Screens and records share one list, so the keyboard walks through everything in order.

    Your search history

With fewer than 2 characters typed, search shows Recent (the last records you opened from it) and, while you still have few recent ones, your Last search as well.

    • History belongs to each workspace. Switch accounts and you see that account's history — never the previous one's.
    • History stays in the browser you are using. Opening Clickmax on another computer, in another browser, or in a private window starts with Recent empty.
    • To clear it, remove the site's browsing data in your browser.

The panel fills up again as soon as you open your next records from search.

When a screen does not show up

    • You filtered by type. The filters at the top of search (Lead, Funnel, Page…) select types of record. With any filter on, platform screens disappear. Click All to bring them back.
    • Your role cannot open that screen. Search never offers a shortcut that would end in "no permission". My Wallet, for instance, only shows for the Owner.
    • The screen is still in testing. Features under test do not appear in search.
    • You typed fewer than 2 characters. Below that, search shows your history instead of results.
