      • How do sending credits work in Clickmax?

      Messages sent through the channels that charge per send (SMS and voice/IVR) use up credits from your account. Every message sent comes off the balance, and you can buy more credits inside the platform to keep your campaigns running.

      The conversation channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and email) follow the provider's own limits and charges, not sending credits.

      If it didn't work

      • Messages are not going out: check whether you have a credit balance and top it up inside the platform.
      • WhatsApp sends blocked: it may be a Meta limit rather than a lack of credits — see Meta's limit.
      • An error when sending: see the error codes.
