      • How do I buy extra message credits in Clickmax?

      1. Open the Plans, Limits and Credits tab.
      2. Click Buy credits and choose the amount you want.

      Credits are used up when you send email, SMS and WhatsApp, and how much each send costs varies by message type.

      If it didn't work

      • Cannot find the Plans, Limits and Credits tab? You may not have permission on the account — see no permission.
      • Messages not going out even with credits? Check the limits and the error codes.
