  • How do I know if I am about to blow past my plan?

A limit you have exceeded gives you no advance warning — it shows up as a button that does nothing, an import that stops halfway, or a campaign that never goes out. Watching it beforehand saves you from finding out at the worst possible moment.

    Before you start

    • Role: Owner or Admin to see and change the plan.

    1. Where to see your usage

Your account menu has Limits and credits of your plan, with the current usage of each resource. The full reference is in limits and quotas (Portuguese).

    2. Understand what is shared

Your plan's limits are shared across all your workspaces. Creating another workspace does not widen the quota — it stays the same, only now split.

    3. Know which limit blocks what

LimitWhat it blocks when you exceed it
    ContactsNew captures and imports
    Funnels and pagesCreating new ones
    DomainsConnecting more domains
    Members areasCreating another area
    Message creditsSending campaigns

Credits behave differently from the rest: they are consumed by use, they do not occupy space. One large campaign can take the balance to zero in a day.

    4. Check before large operations

Before importing a base, sending a campaign or importing a package, check that it fits. An operation that stops halfway is worse than one that never starts — part of the base receives, part does not, and the state is left inconsistent.

    5. What to do when you exceed a limit

Two ways out: free up space or upgrade the plan.

To free up space, start with what is not producing value — see clean up your database. Deleting contacts is irreversible: export first.

    6. Free plan

The free plan does not allow a custom domain. If you need to publish on your own address, that alone already requires an upgrade.

    If it didn't work

    • An action is blocked and the role is correct: it is probably a plan limit.
    • You deleted contacts and the quota did not drop: confirm the deletion finished across the whole batch.
    • The campaign stopped halfway: you ran out of credits.
