How to create your Clickmax account
Signing up takes two steps: you fill in your details on the sign-up screen, then confirm through the link sent to your e-mail. The account only comes into existence when you open that link and set your password — nothing is created before that.
Before you start
- Have your CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) and an e-mail you can open right now: the confirmation link goes there and is valid for 24 hours.
- Each tax ID can have one account. If yours is already in use, you get an e-mail pointing you to the existing account instead.
- If someone invited you to their workspace, you don't need to sign up here — use the invitation link that arrived by e-mail.
Step 1 — Fill in your details
-
On the login screen, click Quero me cadastrar.
-
Fill in:
-
Complete the security check if it appears. It confirms you are not a robot.
-
Click Criar conta.
The next screen confirms the e-mail was sent. It is the same for everyone — including people who already have an account — so don't use it to find out whether an e-mail is already registered.
Step 2 — Confirm by e-mail and set your password
-
Open the Clickmax e-mail and click the confirmation link. If it isn't in your inbox, check the spam folder.
-
Set your password. It must have:
- 8 to 32 characters
- at least one uppercase letter
- at least one lowercase letter
- at least one number
- at least one special character (
-#$.%&*@!~)
-
Repeat the password in the second field and finish.
That's it: you land straight in Max. Make your first request; the first-access questions show up when Max is finishing, and the result appears as soon as you answer.
Coming from the "Rodar no Clickmax" button in the tutorials?
When you generate a prompt in the tutorials chat and click Rodar no Clickmax, Clickmax keeps that prompt and takes it to Max:
- No account yet: sign up as usual. After you confirm your e-mail, Max opens with the prompt already written in the message box. The first-access questions come later: when Max is finishing your request, they show up on screen, and the result appears as soon as you answer. Max keeps working in the meantime. If you leave Max before that, the questions show up on the next screen.
- Already have an account: sign in with your e-mail and password. If you are already signed in, you go straight to Max.
The prompt is there for you to review: nothing is sent or run until you send it. You can edit the text first.
Since you already brought your request, Max opens with just the message box: no "What do you want to do first?" menu and no goal cards. The cards come back on your next New chat, and the menu is still under More options › Where to start, at the bottom of the side menu.
If the confirmation link is opened in a browser where another account is signed in, Clickmax signs that account out before asking for your password, so the prompt doesn't land in the wrong account.
The button's link is valid for 72 hours and is tied to the first account that opens Max with that prompt. If the confirmation link arrives in your e-mail, you can open it on another device: the prompt comes along.
